Library IT allow employees to access their office workstation from an offsite location using Citrix.



You will need the approval of your Department Head to access your computer remotely.

  • Your account needs special permissions before you can use remote desktop.
  • You will need the name of the computer you are going to remote desktop to.
  • The Service Desk will have to train you before you are allowed access.

  1. Access to library staff resources
  2. Applications
  3. Shared drives
  4. Static IP is available via special request. (e.g. required to access outside vendor resource)
